Just like a professional studio photoshoot, you can expect several incredible headshots, though not all may be perfect. However, if we are unable to generate at least a few great headshots, we will refund your payment, provided that:

• You have uploaded photos that strictly comply with our guidelines.
• You have not downloaded any headshots.
• You contact us within 3 days of your headshots being ready.

The quality of your uploaded photos is crucial for creating exceptional headshots. We will guide you through the upload process, but it's essential that you carefully follow our guidelines.

We are committed to delivering a great set of headshots. If necessary, we may attempt to create a new set for you. If we still cannot generate a few good headshots, we will refund your payment.
